YOUNG LIVING ESSENTIAL OILS

Young Living essential oils are the most pure, potent, and effective oils that I have come across. They are safe to use externally, and many are safe to use internally. Since using them both personally and in the clinic with my patients, I have been amazed at their wide variety of applications and useages.
There are two ways to get Young Living oils through me. One way is through buying them at my office. I keep about 10 of the most popular and useful oils in stock. Another way is to sign up on the Young Living website as a distributor underneath me (this is how you get the best pricing available). The many ways to use the oils are endless. I am constantly learning and gaining knowledge and experience about their applications. Some of the most common and effective uses are as follows:

peppermint - Dab on the temples and underneath nose for headaches, congestion, alertness, and memory. Put a drop in water or tea to open the nasal passages and sinuses. Peppermint essential oil is the best remedy that I have found for immediate nasal congestion relief (besides acupuncture). It can also be rubbed on the stomach to relieve digestive discomfort.

eucalyptus - Rub on the upper chest to provide relief from bronchial congestion. Put a drop in water or tea to open the bronchioles, stop cough, open the nasal passages, relieve asthma, and to destroy candida yeast overgrowth.

Joy - One of my favorite scents to diffuse in my home, office, or car. I like to add in lavender as well, as the two make a delicious combination that is both uplifting and relaxing.
